Sound Journal is designed to help you capture and keep moments. We do not collect personal data for advertising, tracking, or analytics.
Information You Provide
Sound Journal allows you to create sound journals that may include photos and audio recordings. This content is created by you and remains on your device and/or in your personal storage (such as iCloud, if enabled by you). Sound Journal does not access or transmit your journal content to our servers.
Subscriptions
Sound Journal uses RevenueCat to manage subscriptions.
RevenueCat may process purchase and subscription status and anonymous identifiers required to manage entitlements. We do not receive personal information such as your name, email address, or payment details. All payments are handled securely by Apple via the App Store.

Data We Do Not Collect
Sound Journal does not collect analytics or usage tracking, does not show ads, does not track you across apps or websites, does not sell or share personal data, does not collect location data, and does not create user profiles.
Microphone and Photo Access
Sound Journal requests access to the microphone to record audio you choose to capture and access to photos to attach images to your sound journals. These permissions are used only for core app functionality and can be managed in your device settings.
Data Security
Because Sound Journal does not collect or store personal data on external servers, your content remains under your control.
